Shipping policy

Production time: 

Most items are hand-made to order so production time is usually between 1-3 days. The live estimated dispatch date is advertised near the "add to cart button" at the time of sale. I often start cutting the materials as soon as the order is received. You will receive a tracking notification once I have completed your order and created the shipping consignment. Australia Post picks up 3 times a week.

  • Orders under $100 - $9.95

Standard delivery times:

  • Brisbane 2-4 business days
  • Syd / Melb / Adel / Canberra 3-6 business days
  • Perth / Hobart / Darwin / NZ 10-14 business days
  • Outside capital cities will vary

Express post upgrade

Price:

  • Orders under $100 - $14.95
  • Orders over $100 - $4.95

Express delivery time: 

  • 1-3 business days within Australia from date of despatch
  • Outside capital cities will vary
  • Express upgrade does not speed up the time to make and despatch.

Couriers: All parcels are sent with Australia Post

USA TARIFFS - DDP: Pre-paid by Fido-Creative using zonos for fast and smooth delivery

USA TAXES: International orders may be subject to other taxes, which are payable by the buyer.

USA Delivery times:

  • Standard approx USA 2 weeks, Express approx 1 week from dispatch (allow time for production)

Other countries

 Price for postage: Standard shipping AUD$15, Upgrade to Express Post for AUD$44

TARIFFS & TAXES: International orders may be subject to tariffs, taxes and duties, which are payable by the buyer.

International Delivery times:

Standard approx 1-3 weeks, Express approx 1 week from dispatch (allow time for production)

Orders to Canada are temporarily suspended. Please email sales@fidocreative.com.au if you wish to place an order.

*Shipping times are longer due to demand in during peak seasons such as Christmas

Couriers: I use Australia Post, which forwards parcels to your national postal service. Once a parcel has left Australia, all tracking enquiries can only be handled by the receiver. Australia Post is unable to investigate late or lost international parcels.
